SUBMIT YOUR INQUIRY
Complete our Wedding Inquiry Form with your date, venue, guest count, inspiration photos, and any details you'd like to share.

RECEIVE YOUR PROPOSAL
We'll review your vision and prepare a custom proposal outlining recommended sizing, pricing, and any additional desserts you may be interested in.

TASTING & DESIGN CONSULTATION
One of our couple’s favorite parts of the process— Enjoy a curated tasting of your favorite flavors while we explore your vision together. We'll discuss your inspiration, wedding details, and begin shaping a cake design that's thoughtfully tailored to your celebration.

SECURE YOUR DATE
Following your tasting, we'll send over your wedding agreement and invoice for your non-refundable retainer. Once both are complete, your date is officially reserved on our calendar, and we'll begin bringing your cake design to life.

YOUR FINAL DESIGN REVIEW
About six weeks before your wedding, we'll meet virtually to review your finalized design, confirm logistics, and make sure every detail is in place before the big day.

WEDDING DAY
Leave the cake to us — we'll carefully transport your cake to your venue, professionally assemble and style it on-site, and coordinate with your planner or venue team as needed. By the time your guests arrive, every detail will be exactly where it belongs, allowing you to focus on celebrating with the people you love.
Every wedding cake we create is a one-of-a-kind commission, thoughtfully designed and handcrafted to reflect your unique celebration. Because each cake is created from scratch, your investment is tailored to the size of your guest list, flavor selections, design complexity, handcrafted details, and any delivery or setup requirements.

We recommend booking your wedding cake 6–9 months in advance, as this is typically the ideal window to ensure availability and allow plenty of time for planning. We accept bookings up to 12 months in advance, and popular spring and fall dates often fill quickly. If you've chosen your venue and date, we encourage reaching out sooner rather than later.

Yes. We offer professional delivery and on-site setup throughout the Greater Houston area.
Delivery fees are customized based on your venue location, travel time, setup requirements, and the complexity of the installation. To ensure we can provide the highest level of service, we require:
A minimum spend of $500 for Monday–Thursday Weddings
A minimum spend of $750 for Friday and Saturday Weddings
As a family-run business, we observe Sundays as a day of rest and worship and therefore do not accommodate Sunday weddings.

Absolutely. Every wedding cake we create is designed exclusively for one celebration. While we're always happy to use inspiration photos as a starting point, we see ourselves as your creative partner—not simply someone recreating a design. We'll thoughtfully interpret the elements you love and create a cake that feels uniquely yours, reflecting your style, your story, and your celebration.

Absolutely! In addition to custom wedding cakes, we offer a curated selection of handcrafted desserts to complement your celebration.
Our offerings include cupcakes, decorated sugar cookies, cake pops, alfajores, petit fours, dessert bars, groom's cakes, and individually packaged edible favors for your guests.
Whether you're envisioning a full dessert display or simply a few sweet additions alongside your cake, we'd be happy to help create a collection that feels cohesive and beautifully tailored to your wedding.

At this time, we do not offer gluten-free, vegan, egg-free, or sugar-free cakes or desserts, and we do not anticipate adding these options in the future.
Our focus is on creating the highest quality cakes and desserts using our carefully developed recipes, allowing us to consistently deliver the flavors, textures, and experience our clients know us for.
Please note that Betty's Cakery is not an allergen-free kitchen. While we will always do our best to accommodate allergy considerations whenever possible, all of our products are prepared in a kitchen where common allergens—including wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy—are present.
Because of this, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur, and our products may not be suitable for individuals with severe allergies or sensitivities.

Because every tasting is freshly baked and prepared exclusively for each couple, we do not offer complimentary tastings.
Our tasting experience is $75 and includes up to four guests, with four cake flavors and four fillings to sample and compare. Complete tasting information, including scheduling details, is included in your personalized wedding proposal.
